2. Check whether each control switch of the circuit can be normally opened and closed, and the voltage indication is 380 ± 20V;

3. Check whether the connection of each screw is firm, whether the connecting wire of the electric control cabinet and the host is loose, and whether the grounding is good; The switches of all electrical appliances are at zero or "off" position;

4. Check whether the latch of the stainless steel baffle in the coating machine room is firm, and whether the corners are bent or warped;

5. Check whether the water pressure and air pressure are normal; Whether water, oil and gas leak;

6. When water is stopped in the middle of the equipment, the diffusion pump, rough pumping pump and roots pump shall be immediately shut down to keep the pump running;

7. When the equipment stops gas midway, the diffusion pump, rough pumping pump and roots pump shall be shut down immediately to keep the pump running;

8. In case of power failure in the midway of the equipment, the main power supply shall be turned off immediately, and then the diffusion pump, rough pumping pump and maintenance pump shall be turned off;

9. When heating the diffusion pump, avoid contacting the diffusion pump heater to avoid scalding;

10. When the workpiece rotates, all operations are prohibited; The up and down roller operation can only be carried out after the workpiece completely stops rotating;

11. When the door needs to be opened after the electroplating operation, the operator shall hold the handle, slowly open the door, and insert the bolt into the fixing hole;
