Operation steps of pvd coating equipment:

5. During the operation of the machine, if there is a pressure roller on the pvd coating equipment, special attention shall be paid not to overspeed, so as to avoid fire caused by sparks caused by excessive static electricity. It is impossible to press the pressure roll with an iron knife to avoid sparks and fire. Do not put your hand on the advancing cloth, which will be brought into the pressure roll and cause crushing.

6. During the production process using A-frame, the area between A-frame and machine platform shall not be entered to prevent A-frame from being pulled down and causing breakage.

7. During production, if A-frame is used for shooting, special attention shall be paid not to place it on the revolving cloth. Be careful not to get caught by the cloth wheel when pulling the cloth edge.

8. During production, do not touch the cloth roller to avoid injury.

9. When producing fabrics with large static electricity, you can spray water around the machine to reduce static electricity. Do not touch static electricity to avoid electric injury.

10. During the operation of the machine, pay attention to whether the exhaust motor operates normally. It is necessary to ensure that the exhaust gas generated inside the machine is eliminated in a timely manner.
